The bottom left panel is the session list, these sessions are listed in
chronological order with the most recent at the top.
Each session will have a session number and a session name. You can also see how
long the video is, and the date and time the session was recorded.
Hover over the film-strip icon to see a GIF preview of the video to check if it is
suitable for your needs. You can favourite your videos and create a catalogue of saved
sessions for quick access.
